Sharon Manewitz

With over twenty five years in the workout and restructuring industry, Ms. Manewitz recently formed Manewitz Weiker Associates LLC, to bring cost effective and experienced restructuring talent to firms and investors that might not otherwise have access to it. Prior to forming her firm, Ms. Manewitz was a Managing Director at TIAA-CREF. As head of the Special Situations Team, Ms. Manewitz developed a highly regarded practice in asset recovery, corporate reorganizations and debt restructure. Ms. Manewitz has been an invited speaker at financial conferences around the world. Ms. Manewitz has a BA from Hunter College and an MBA, with honors, from Pace University where she was awarded an Andrew Mellon fellowship. She is attending NYU to obtain a certificate in Corporate Governance.

Ms. Manewitz's workout and restructuring experience includes, but is not limited to:

• Leading a successfully proxy contest that replaced a board and management of a public company.
• Actively participating in the selection of board members for private and public companies.
• Participating on numerous official and ad hoc creditor committees in the US and abroad.
• Serving as committee chair on several high profile bankruptcy cases in the US and Canada.
• Proactice and strategic management of challenged investments to maximize recovery and returns.
